When Will My Order Arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours, or the amount taken to produce a made to order rug. The estimated delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered the next day or maximum in 10 business days from the time of dispatching the order.
Due to high volume of orders during the sale, there might be a delay of 5-7 days in delivery.
How Will I Know Whether My Order Is Confirmed?
